Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a sweet 2-year-old child in Greenwich, CT.

This low-acuity pediatric case involves tracheostomy care and skilled nursing support for a child who is making incredible progress following successful brain surgery. The child is reaching exciting developmental milestones, beginning to enjoy solid foods, and thriving with the support of a loving and highly involved family.

Responsibilities

As an Affirmed Pediatric RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient’s home while focusing entirely on one child.

Qualifications 

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care preferred 
• Tracheostomy experience  
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
